Has everyone seen this site?

The official home of the "Robert Jordan Papers" (at The College of Charleston)!

I really hope this means that WOT scholarhsip will gain the same foothold that Tolkien scholarship has in academia. It's a mixed blessing but there is obviously room for deep discussion, analysis & appreciation here!

The EOTW floppies & typescript make me want to run out & spend a week or two at the archives! Maybe I will, one day. Hmmm, I have a brother who lives in N.C....

Coolness.

But I couldn't IMAGINE being graded because I disagree with my teacher's pet theories. ;)

It's really cool; I saw it when i went for the signing. They have Perrin's axe, and a couple of pages from tEotW with RJs corrections on it.

That is cool I did not know this. I really like the pictures of those scribbled on pages, that is amazing. :D

That's great news. Might we move this thread up in status to become a permanent thread for reports from those lucky members who might get to visit and view the collection?

Or, hopefully, eventually Jordan scholars studying his papers??  :bela:
