Topic pretty much says it all.  Why did you create your characters the way you did (traits and personality-wise)?  What long-term goals do your characters have, and what long-term goals do you have for your characters?

Hmm...I'm not certain...

 

I made Arkin the way he is because it's always more fun to have a nice, bright character in military settings where there's usually a lot of angst going on.

 

As for his goals as a character, he just wants to make a difference to something, to belong somewhere, and my goals for him are to give him a good old angsty reality check at some stage.  XD

I made Miri like that because she's based rather heavily off one of my favouritest books/characters ever :P And I thought her spirit would best fit the Band - have however also thought about making her a WT novice eventually, that's why I made her as young as she is. But, meh, I think I should have made her a bit older now

 

The character herself is still looking for herself really, only she doesn't know that. She's a runaway who still needs to learn a loooooot about the world and has to have lessons taught, adventures to be muddled through etc, and find a purpose in life or whatever.

 

I'm not quite sure how I want her to develop, will just roll with whatever happens I guess :) I do wnt her to get weapons training, and become a more considerate person eventually. Maybe I might actually leave her in the BotRH too, *shrug*

 

Oh btw Quibs have you recieved Arez' bio? He submitted it ages ago, hope it went through...

I try to write my own stories when I have time...which I don't have a lot of recently. I find myself restricted more in my own writing..trying to write within the outline etc.

 

Writing here in general and with Arinth in particular is liberating. He is just an infantry soldier who likes to drink and fight and have a good time. It gives me the ability to practice writing and enjoy doing it.

 

My only real goals with Arinth are to contribute to any threads that he is involved in and help progress other characters along and create a fun environment for everyone.
