Warder IC Staff

Alright, we're going to revitalize the IC Staff. We're going to keep it simple to the Master of Arms for now. A bio will be in the works and up and running in a few days. The current IC staff will be "retired" as we aren't sure if they are NSWs or PCs.

The general gist of it, the MoA will be a NSW but this will be a team effort. For anyone who needs the MoA, post on the board and we'll help out. I know Aekold is waiting to meet the MoA, we'll get to you realllll soon with the MoA and get you started. Once we've get this all set up, I'll update this thread and update the wiki with the information
