If I wasn't clear there, it was because I had to think about it when I think Rand said something along the lines of "I fear there is something going on we don't know about". And you shouldn't ignore a possiblity because you don't like it.

But I was voting RTE on D2; it wasn't something I suddenly started doing after Dap's case at nighttime. RTE's tunneling on Chuckles, failure to procure a proper case when asked for it, and generally his behaviour on D2, made me suspect him. I was fully prepared to lynch him when this day started, and I'm still keeping a close eye on him; I think his claim is way too convenient. But Dap's reactions this day (the whole "now you want to lynch Turin" when RTE never said anything like that) bumped him to the top of my suspect-list. The only thing that still bothers me is that you, and a few other players, are dismissing some far fetched theories because of potential wifom. Is it really that hard to just keep those theories in mind? You don't have to take them serious, but forgetting about them can be just as dangerous imo.

There's a certain risk of cult in any big game and every player should know that. But until there's evidence of if, there's no use talking about it; it's just useless fear mongering.

Again I would like to hear more from him about who he thinks is mafia, rather than worrying about what people say. He seems worried about people saying he is buddying or doing something. Ley - That is mafia, you need to put that behind you and say what you think and why you think it. It does look like you are avoiding saying those things, maybe you are scared of being caught out in a lie.

But what do you consider talking about it? Saying "there is most likely something going on that we don't know of" (which is implying that someone is doing something anti-town that does not involve killing, and therefore can only mean changing win coniditions (as the only ways to win this game as anti-town are killing town or changing the town's win conditions to their own)), or saying "this (before mentioned) makes me think of a cult"?

 

I myself find both talking about it (though I feel that people shouldn't call others out for talking about cult. It's like calling Voldemort He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, like he stops existing then), yet only I, the one who directly named it, gets called out by you.

I don't mind if people occasionally call others out for buddying or something like that. I DO mind, however, if I say, "no, he was talking about this, not that", and people say that I'm defending that person while I'm merely stating facts and might want him to die asap.

The worlds more intricate gambit? What are you on about. Claiming mason is a normal mafia gambit, all I'm saying is I'd use the GF so the claim is more verifiable.
