Looking for a chapter about Elayne

Featured Replies

I'm new to this forum so if this is in the wrong place let me know.

I'm looking for the book/chapter where Elayne is healed by Sheriam for drawing in the heat/flame of a candle and gets a blistered arm.

I've googled for the info but all that comes up is Chapter 7 in TSR.

I've tried looking it up but all that comes up is where Elayne has the memory of it happening in the White Tower in TSR. This is talked about in The Shadow Rising after Rand does it.  It has been awhile since I've read the books the first time. I have a memory of the scene, but I may for just created in my head LOL. Thanks.

I've been listening to the books on audio book at work since I don't have time to read them all the way through anymore.  Please help.

As far as I know the event is only referenced in that chapter of the fourth book. It illustrated how Rand could draw heat in but saidar user can't without injury.

This is correct, it's never shown on screen. Only referenced by Egwene in tSR.

Yeah I had found that link, but I was convinced I had remembered reading about it.  Thanks again.
