thank goodness...and Tina's right we do get through a few...haha

 

I've just started the 5:2 diet. 2 days a week I can only have 500 calories, the rest of the time I eat normally. I've only just started it, so I'll let you know how it goes. It is supposed to be good for reducing Cholesterol, reducing chances of type 2 diabetes and help prevent to onset of dementia...and on the side you lose a bit of weight...haha
