I remember there being a show called "League of Super Evil". Two of those villians sucked at being bad :P.

I had a book a while back called "America's Dumbest Criminals." There were some real gems in there.

when I lived in Germany there were some American soldiers you decided to rob a McDonalds .

Xavier DUP in there military uniforms , their field equipment and wore gas mass with dark lenses .

identity they remove the name off their uniforms however they left their rank and unit badges on the uniform .

they also used rifles they checked out of the arms room
