My son moved out yesterday. He took his dog with him. (This is the first new puppy I got if anyone remembers that thread from over a year ago...) Today, he and the dog came over for a visit and to do some laundry. When he went to leave, he tried to put the unwilling dog in the car (she hates the car!) She wiggled out of her collar and walked over to the front door of the house, stood there, and looked over her shoulder at us. Pretty clear message, huh? I now have the dog.

Maybe she was trying to tell her human something-like, your new house/roomate/etc sucks. Find a new one or I'm staying here. Dog's have a sixth sense about these things.

True.
