Welcome to the White Ajah's Alice in Wonderland Murder Mystery Game. 

 

Hear ye! Hear ye!  Alice has been found dead by the Queen of Heart's throne!

 

The Queen of Hearts—so fond of executions—has been arrested as the main suspect of the crime.  The Queen has pled not guilty, so perhaps the real murderer is hiding in plain sight?  The citizens of Wonderland are summoned as the jury, to ascertain the guilt of the Queen of Hearts, or to find the real culprit.

The Rules

 

1. ***This is NOT a Mafia Game***

 

2. It is a game of discussion, questioning, reasoning, logic, skill, and deduction. 

 

3. You cannot lie outright. *Although the Murderer can deny that they are the Murderer if asked directly.*

 

4. You MUST answer questions if you are asked them. 

 

5. Full participation is required from all players. 

 

6. There will be no hiding away in corners or sneaky lurking. 

 

7. You will be expected to post at least once every RL day. 

 

8. Nobody is going to try and kill you or get you kicked out of the game. Everyone will make it to the end. You just need to identify which one of you is the Murderer by using the evidence and clues. So talk away and post as many Wall'o'Texts as you like. 

 

9. You can talk to anyone you like during the game, but do not do any direct quotes from your PM, or let people see any evidence you have before you are supposed to show it.

 

10. Your Character will be fully revealed and you will even get a special siggy to wear so everyone knows which character you are.

 

11. Acting in Character is encouraged, but not essential.

 

12. Shouting, accusing, and having a lot of fun is also encouraged.

Yes ... I'm here and am Bill - so no doubt will have to do all the work and have my pencil taken away.

*looks around* Oh... Perhaps I was supposed to be here too? My memory is awfully fuzzy these last few days.

 

*sits down at the floor, taking out teacups and sweets from her pockets, and sets up for tea*

*removing the hookah from his mouth, the smoke clears as the Caterpillar appears*

 

Whoooo.... are.... yoooouuuu?

*comes in with a box of biscuits*

 

It's tea time, obviously, so I needed to stop and get a bite.   Now, where's the tea?  Here's my cup!  

Oh here you go March Hare *pours tea over the Hare's box of biscuits*

**squirms in the chair and then motions for the lizard to bring a few more cushions in**  Oh, what a grand time this is turning out

to be. 

 

**accepts a cup of tea** 

*appears and disappears and leaves random body parts showing and fading*

*nomnoms the biscuits*  Perfect! My cup seemed a little small anyway.  *lifts box up and drips tea in her mouth*

*eyes the Cat* You leave me and then come back and then leave....so sad. Tea? Can I drink tea? Maybe have a few biscuits *steals from the March Hare and noms*

*checks pocket watch*

 

Is everyone here...is someone later than I?

We are only waiting for the Knave of Hearts to show up.  He will be here momentarily.  Until then, quietly talk amongst yourselves.

I bet it was him that did it *nods*.  Although, I have tea and biscuits, so I'm all set.

 

*eyes the Gryphon*  I suppose you can have a few of my mushy cakes.  As long as I can still get my tea.  

Mushy! *snorts* Gryphons don't eat....well okay maybe...can I tear into it with my beak??? *ggls*

*looks to see whose on either side of him and sighs*

 

Do you know why whiting have their tails in their mouths?  It's a very long and interesting story...

A latecoming might indeed point to a guilty conscience. Or he just got lost on the way bringing tea sanwiches.
