to co-star  as BATMAN in new Man of Steel sequel with Cavill. I am horrified at this concept. Anyone else's thoughts?

One good thing is that he will mostly be covered in the mask and thus hiding his horrible acting.

And, knowing Zack Snyder, he will probably make Batman use a gun in the movie !

Nothing can hide his terrible acting.

Every time I see a movie trailer with him in it I think of that scene in Team America!

Just found out it COULD have gotten worse. Almost cast Ryan Gosling........

The only thing that keeps me hopeful is that Afleck is a HUGE comic book fan. And he does have the body size for the part. Suppose I am just having a hard time getting past Mallrats and Chasing Amy. lol Too, there is one thing we can get from the terrible Daredevil movie. he can do action and fight scenes. There is a cool review here to of what may be a ray of hope. Good points here.
