Oh I learned that lesson awhile ago. Lucky for me im a try hard in school. Hate my engineering professor though. He told us to study 5 things specifically and then none of them appeared on the test.

Happens all the time. It's even worse when assignments are so vague you have no idea what it is, and then it appears on the tests.

This seems counter-intuitive to their supposed goal of teaching.

good thing I don't know which classes translate to high school in my school.

 

I come on DM just because of my sheer refusal to let RL keep me away from DM. I don't care if I only post once but I won't give RL the satisfaction of taking away my online life.

Think of life as a video game,

Grade school is easy mode

Highschool is Medium difficulty

College is Hard mode

Work and the real world is Insanity Difficulty.

 

The goo thing is that your brain trains itself as you advance each difficulty level so things don't seem that much harder than the last.

That's because everyone knows the feeling...

What's up with the quote?

What I hate is that how easy those of same grade in other schools have it. I had more syllabus in grade 7 than they have now. And they have holidays to prepare for exams  . And they don't have enough rules to make school seem prison(well they have but no one checks them). While we have more syllabus in one subject than they have in three subjects combined. We never get holidays to prepare for exams(expect Sundays), have 12 subjects as compared to their 5/6. and they get marks so easily and they can get full marks in every subject. For us, it is impossible to get full marks in any subject except Science and Maths.
