Spinach and mushroom stuffed chicken breasts. Steamed artichoke and roasted fingerling potatoes with Olive oil, fresh garlic, kosher salt, and freshly ground pepper.

We bought a new BBQ grill. Hamburgers tonight.

Grilled chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veggies.

A chicken ciabatta sandwich.

Last night a girlfriend called me to come over for dinner. We had oven fried chicken, cauliflower with blue cheese dip, and baked potatoes.

Torta Rustica and Sweet Potato Casserole. I love holiday leftovers. They taste even better a couple of days later! 

That they do!.  My husband made chili in the crock pot.

I add green peppers and saute them and the onions right before adding the meat. I use ground turkey instead of beef.

today was homemade cheeseburgers with a nice salad as sidedish. Usually add fries, but we wanted icecream desserts

No take out....I haven't the patience for all of the ingredients needed in most Chinese recipes.  LOL
