I thought it was a great episode. But I thought that

 

 

the Tom Baker cameo made no sense. It was obvious from the dialogue that he was actually playing the Fourth Doctor and not a cameo as a different character. But how does that work? I haven't ever seen his episodes, but DIDN'T HE REGENERATE? How can he be there as an old man in charge of a museum?

 

Apparently, sentiment matters more to Moffat than continuity.
