What are the responsibilities of an Ajah head?

These are the official duties of an Ajah Head: 

 

Ajah Heads:

• RP the NSW Ajah Head when needed
• RP your Own PC Ajah member
• Be available to interact with the members of your Ajah both IC&OOC - RP, motivate, answer questions/hear concerns etc.
• Inform MoN, RGL (if Accepted)/AGL of AS when a new character of their focus joins your Ajah
• Prepare and post a report on IC&OOC activity in your Ajah each month in the Staff Board (from a template)
• Give input in White Tower RP Staff discussions and decisions
• Appiont Sitter and Define Staff duties/expectations for your Sitters

It's really not that much work, especially when the ajahs are so inactive.

No. Activity died down, so there is no Blue Head - I can play the NSW head out of character if needed.
