Chocolate and mint is what drew my eye, but the green didn't hurt...

So when I heard someone say that it was national pi day today I was like oh cool maybe they're giving out free slices today or something among that concept related to pie. Nope. found out it was pi as in the math term. Pshhh way to give my hopes up

I still have the rest of high school and then college to take math, and it's all useless since I'm planning on becoming a professional author and artist.

Old lady warning... What you plan and what actually happens are rarely the same thing. Prepare for everything while you still have time to do it!

Math is an ever present reality in the world... You'll need to know it or you will forever be missing DT skill and being taken advantage of... And losing it in work because you can't do it.

I think I am the weird one here to like maths. My school gives the option to leave maths in grades 11 and 12 but I'll pick maths *nods* ... I have good enough marks that no one can say that I can't pick maths then. I have a quite good study: marks ratio, meaning I can get good marks with barely studying maths.

I want to become a professional author but that doesn't mean I'll close all other ways. Some degrees never hurt, probably I'll take engineering (anything but medical). And I want to do a course in psychology. I don't care if I do any work related to it or not but I just want to study it.

The only subjects in school I don't like is economics, history (this year's), civics, all of which I won't have to study much after this year.
