Stuff WoT fans do

Featured Replies

Let's try to make a list of things comparing what WoT fans do instead of what normal people do.

For example:

Normal people try to ignore the voices they hear in their heads. WoT fans say "Shut up, Lews Therin!"

Normal people count to ten when they're angry. Wot fans try to find the void.

Normal people put a coat on when they're cold, wot fans use the aes sedai trick.

I was trying this one even before I read WoT!  *lol*

Normal people say, "Thank you, God."  WoT readers say, "Thank the Light!"  (I do this on a regular basis.)

Or thank the Creator!

The Creator's never done anything for me.  The Light has.  :P

I've said both XD

And I try ignoring the cold all the time and have gotten pretty good at it, but I can NOT ignore heat.

Normal people call stupid people idiots. WoT fans call them woolheads.

Normal people copy the word 'cookbook' as cookbook, when typing from paper copy. Wot fans write cookpot. /totally guilty <.<

I prefer the Taim/Asha'man version, tends to work far better for me.

Normal people say it's a coincidence.  WoT fans say the Wheel willed it.

Normal people try to pull a kamehameha wave at some point in their lives.  WoT fans try to pull any number of their favorite weaves.

Normal people just answer a question when someone asks them something.

WoT fans will give an Aes Sedai answer and make the person think they said the complete opposite to what they intended

(but with no harm done of course, since I am a Lightie  )

Real people probably aren't constantly on the lookout for WoT character lookalikes.

They also probably don't keep calling the Atlantic accidentally the Aryth Ocean. Not that I ever have. But, you know... *cough*
