I registered for a supporting membership so I can vote. Anyone know when the packets come out? 99.9% likely to vote for WoT, but there are 4 other really good books in this packet and other stuff. I really want to read Ancillary Justice. 

It generally comes out in mid-May. It takes a few weeks to get the rights sorted and to get the website ready for downloads. We'll post an update on the front page when it's ready. 

received an email with my PIN and saying "We expect voting for the 2914 Hugo Awards and 1939 Retro Hugo awards to open very shortly plus the Hugo voter packet will also be available soon. ... When voting opens and the Hugo package is available we will send you an email notification."

/Stross: SAMPLE pages from Neptunes Brood, ~100 pages

 

Kind of disappointed with those three samples.
