@Csarmi look at my list and see how they are formatted as a sentence that describes definitively if each player is town or mafia. Then thoughts about said player. It is LD related but I am not claiming to be an LD. I just have come to the conclusion that mafia will be nervous about making such lists as it has the potential to hurt their team drastically. That is another thing that put me more on Mynd as mafia and makes me so surprised by his flip.

 

 

I don't mod so those that do please tell me if having a ROLE that has the ability to alter the documented flip of  player is considered bastard. If you say it is then I will drop it. If you say it might be then I will keep my suspicions to myself for now.

But you have used your ability without anyone needing to know. If you thought someone was Town YOU could have done it. Instead you opened your role up and asked everyone else to decide.

 

That means you don't have to be responsible for your actions. You did very nicely blame everyone else for Mynd getting Lynched and not saved. You were very very vocal about how you thought he was just misunderstood. Why did you believe so strongly that he was Town?

 

I have no idea why you thought that when his actions and arguments were so very aggressive, strange, desperate etc. He was proper ranting lol

 

As I've said previously - you could have advised about your claimed role after the fact and it wouldn't have made any difference to its viability - apart from we wouldn't be having this discussion now. I just don't understand why if you were Town you wouldn't have wanted to keep the role safe?

 

AND you just said you have good reads, so why wouldn't you have trusted yourself to make a judgement?

 

Should the cop ask everyone who he should view? Should the doc ask everyone who he should save?

Turin. I'm pretty sure that giving false flips (and roles that cause such things) should be considered bastard. We can ask the mods tho.

Yes. I know that my question would be PAFO'd  by the actual mods. I was asking a general consensus from the other people that mad games. I have never played in a bastard game so I have very little clue about what is considered bastard. I remember there was some discussion about BG making everyone masons and then afterward was considered by some as bastard. So I dunno. I do know that Mynd was very weird and seemed to be actively looking to get himself lynched and I don't have a good reason for it. So I am very curious about the possibility.

So for those it still isn't clear. Turin would like every one of us to make a read list where there are definite (x is town) type of sentences about each player. Might help lie detectors or roles like that.

 

This is a wise thing to do.

No strong reads yet, I'm about to start a detailed read through, but I'm not sure how far I'll get in the next few hours. Groups aren't in any particular order.

It shouldn't. Silver tongue statements should be read as I'd they were vanilla town (or favourably).
