O_O..................that is so eerily close to what actually happened Ithi. I WAS in bed, and there was a ruckus outside with my dog. There was this goat-ish-thing chasing my dog around and trying to pick him up. It stopped, turned to look at me and all I could see was those terrible terrible eyes!

Mills, what do you have against goats?  They can be sweet (they can also be terrors) and female goats give milk.

 

We used to have some Nigerian dwarf goats -- Abraham, Martin and Joan (my hubby named them).

I always wanted a pigmy goat. We used to have normal sized goats when I was younger and that was cool.

Goat cheese is nommy.

Goats Cheese - on a round slice of baguette. Slightly toasted and served with red onion marmalade and a rocket salad.

goat's milk yogurt is pretty damn tasty too.

 

what's a rocket salad?

Rocket is a dark green salad leaf. A bit like baby spinach but with more flavour. Just need a drizzle of balsamic dressing on it.

balsamic and maybe a Tuscan Herb olive oil. Some candied pecans and goat cheese. Maybe some cherry tomatoes.

nononono, what am i thinking?! Tuscan herb doesn't go with pecans! Now, some craisins with the pecans and the cheese and the balsamic. Sweet jebus I want a salad.
