Robert Jordan Tribute for JordanCon 2015: Your help wanted!

Featured Replies

Fellow Wheel of Time fans,

We are assembling a tribute dedicated to Robert Jordan (RIP) to be given to his widow, Harriet McDougal Rigney, for the coming JordanCon in April 2015.

We would like to compile an album filled with postcards of his fans’ hometowns to illustrate the distance his words have traveled and to showcase all the lives he has touched. In the postcard you may put in a few words about how the series affected your lives, a favorite Wheel of Time quote, words for Harriett. Whatever you are comfortable with.

The postcards are to be sent in an envelope, with the address listed below. If you want to include a local stamp on your postcard for decoration, you may do so, since the postage on the envelope will be discarded. Mashiara Sedai, Front Page Admin, will be responsible for collecting the postcards and sorting them in an album.

Please join us in honoring RJ and his work.

The postcards are to be sent to:

Maureen Carr

PO Box 387

Gilbert, Arizona 85299

If possible, we request the postcards be sent by March 2015, to leave enough time to organize them properly.

The Light shine on you, and the Creator shelter you. The last embrace of the mother welcome you home.
