Halloween Plans?

What are you doing for Halloween? Are you dressing up? If so, share a picture of your costume. I'm pulling out my old Renaissance clothing, because it's easy. I'll admit to being lazy. I'll post a pic when I get one.

We don´t celebrate Halloween the way you do but at least we carved a pumpkin yesterday. Tomorrow we are going to the graveyard to light candles. It´s always so nice with all the candles in the dark.

Going to a costume party. Chances of seeing a Yates in costume are pretty low.

Hosting a small costume party here. I'm doing the same costume as last year because I put a lot of effort into it last year.

Working at a haunted House across the street from Boss's house for the evening. I hate haunted houses, but boss's neighbor helped us film our scary movie, so... we needed to help her out too.
It was a quid pro quo thing.
We borrowed her for 16 hours one day, she borrows us for a ton of work over a week.

We are not doing anything tonight - we live in a student area so don't get many trick or treaters, and being as it is a friday night it's probably going to be, well frankly frightful out there tonight!

On the upside I have just bought tickets for the fireworks display tomorrow - we couldn't go the last couple of years because it was too full so I am very excited.

I ended up working the haunted house, and boss made a movie of it.
Here it is for anyone caring to watch:

I'm the chick glowing in the dark beating on tin drums with a small hammer.

I had one direction: Beat on the drums with a hammer and stand there, glowing in the dark.

Loom over tiny humans, jump out and scare others.

It was fun.

That looks fun!

There is a house I walk past on the way too and from work that still has three carved pumpkins in the window.

On Monday they were looking a bit worse for wear: all sad and soft.

This evening I've noticed they have collapsed and sprouted lots of long black mold.

I wonder how they haven't noticed yet, and what sort of a state they are going to be in when they finally get rid of them.

It was a lot of sitting around waiting for people to walk thorough.

I hurt like crazy all on saturday.
I made one girl cry.

And I scared some preteen boys (about half a dozen of them) who were being loud mouthed and obnoxious the whole time before getting into the room.
"Oh it's stupid. it's all fake, there's probably just someone behind a barrel."
Yeah, I hid behind a barrel.

Then I loomed over them, silently. for several long moments.

They backed down and stopped complaining about how stupid the place was after that.

I turned on my Crazy Hag Eyes.
