that's celsius though, isn't it? i don't think there are many places on earth where 40 degrees celsius is cold, per se.

mountainbikes alot. Not that we have mountains here in the netherlands though :P.

Ice Hockey as i live up north on the pacific coast of BC, been playing since i was 3, although i dig pretty much all sports with a few exceptions.

It's a common nickname given to someone from Wales, due to the River Taff which runs through the Welsh Capital, Cardiff. I have thankfully avoided the nickname while at uni in London since I deny any knowledge of the country, even if I happen to live there.

 

And there are many other nicknames for the Welsh, but I won't be going there.

Similar to the analogies Aussie bestow upon our Kiwi neighbours.
