So, I figure I should go ahead and get a jump start on this. As some of you may know, I have a Trainee (Fior) at the Warder's Yards that is a channeler, though he does not know it yet and has yet to channel for the first time. I was wondering who I should be talking to about getting all the official stuff out of the way in order to facilitate his smooth transfer to the BT division, though I will be playing him from the Warder Yards for a while longer.
