    Mmmm... I enjoy singin' with my guitar (he's a bit shy though), reading WoT (currently just past the Kin chapter in book 7), and plenty of other things when I feel like it, such as crochet, painting, drawing, etc.

    how much time do you guys spend daydreaming?

    Daydreaming is the only way I have found that I can fall asleep, even if dead tired, unless I am in a car on the highway. Helps if I first breath in my nose 4 seconds, hold my breath 7 seconds, and exhale out the mouth for 8 seconds. Rinse, repeat.

    a lot, when i can, just to not think about work (where i am at the moment). When too many things are floating in your head, it's a good way to clear some things out
