Hey, folks.  Got a Green Cloud Dancer who needs something to do.  Hobbies include walking in the rain, tending the gardens, and keeping a weather eye on the various militias, armies, and mercenary groups in the world.

Could do something with Kira - she's an educator though, although she's also worried about the last battle.

Does she have any interests that might overlap with a Green?  Janine's kind of a different one; she's academically interested in weather and botany outside her duties and interests as a Green.  She does a lot of research in the library, so she can be found there.  Otherwise, she stays at a secluded cabin, where she works to perfect weaves to support micro-climates for exotic plants and flowers.

That's oddly specific Quibbs. That sounds more like a Brown than a Green.

Her research into weather is so she can weaponize it.  That's why she maintains a secluded cabin; it's hard to practice deadly weaves when there's even the remotest chance of breaking the Third Oath.  Hobbies like gardening and research into the various militias, armies, and mercenary groups give me plenty of opportunity to go to the Tower and, thus, RP.  I didn't want a Green who was so focused on the Last Battle that she became one-dimensional.

Sounds like a character I'd rather like to know more about.

I'll link my bio, but it looks like the two might have some things in common.  How old is Ellisha at the main timeline?

I had a whole elaborate timeline worked out, which i can't for the life of me remember specifically right now, but i think just old enough to be a sitter? (90...?)

 

I intended most of the RPing for her to be done in retro, but whatever you need I can probably just adjust.

 

Edit: Bah. Hahaha. I didn't realise what you meant by "similar" until i read the Bio. You're right, these two are similar on some levels. Got any specific plans you have in mind?

Nothing concrete.  The two are around the same age, so they would have been training at around the same time.  I don't mind RPing retro as an Accepted if you want to do some sort of requirement towards your raising.

Already raised. The majority of the story arc actually involves a lot of her early AS days. I just like writing her for the story, not specifically for the rank.

I can get behind that.  I've been around long enough that I really don't care about rank anymore.

 

How would you feel about a run-in at an upscale tavern or the like in their early days as Aes Sedai?  I know Janine would probably spend the first few years of her raising in the occasional bar in celebration of being rid of all the restrictions of being a novice or Accepted, and I really haven't done anything with her in that early bit of her time as an Aes Sedai.

Apologies for the slight delay. It's been a while since i wrote fiction, but i think it turned out alright.

I'm not sure yet, to be honest.  I'd like to RP with Sherper a bit before opening the thread to everybody.  That being said, I like the idea of this place, so I definitely want the word out there.

 

Sherper, is Ellisha masking her ability to channel?  If she isn't, Janine would be aware of it the moment she approached.

Nope. She isn't. The only reason she is using her dockworker name is because that's what she was invited to the inn as.

 

On second thought, it might be more interesting if she is masking her ability. Yeah, we'll go with that instead. Reckon that would be more interesting.
