Ok. I'm reading where Perrin, Moiraine, Lan, Loial and Zaine are heading through Illian. They pass through the Bridge of Flowers and the Perfumed Quarter, and go into an inn called Easing the Badger. Both of those names are really familiar, but I can't place them. Were there areas in another town with the same names, were they from a dream, or is it something else? Why do I recognize these names?

the Perfumed quater gets mentioned before they quite get to Illian i think but thats about it. The Badger doesnt at all

I enjoyed all of the Easter Eggs he put throughout the books if you were paying attention.  Especially the stories Thom was asked for in Emond's Field by the villagers. 

I recall that Perfumed Quarter actually exist somewhere, or have existed. Possibly as a nickname for French Quarter in New Orleans?
