I was wondering if anyone here actually owns the official Ashaman pin that is sold by Badali Jewellery (http://badalijewelry.com/Wheel-of-Time-Pins/). Was hoping for a bit of a review on what it is like, how durable it is, notable differences between the bronze/silver/gold editions etc. Nearly finished another re-reading of the series and I'm in the mood to purchase something to cement my love of the series :P 

I bought the sterling silver ones and have been satisfied with them.

Did you get the red enamel coating? Not sure whether it will add or detract from the pin

No I didn't - just the base model lol.

The only thing I don't like about the ones I have is that the actual pin back is pretty thick, so it frays the fabric of whatever I'm attaching it to. And the metal is pretty soft, so it bent while I was trying to pin it to my husband's canvas Asha'man coat. Other than that, they are very nice. I've seen the gold plated and red enameled versions at JordanCon and they look pretty good.
