I am rereading TWoT and book 5 and 6 isn't in readable condition. What happened in these books because my memory is a little foggy. Thanks in advance.

rand became aiel clan chief in book 4,before they entered rhuidean mat sarcastically asked rand

"isn't being the bloody dragon reborn enough for you?do you have to be a flaming aiel clan chief too?"

in books 5 and 6 rand is il capo dei capi lol,mat is indeed just plain awesome(in my opinion,mat best

story arc is from the shadow rising chapter 22 until lord of chaos chapter 22),and..and DUMAI'S WELLS of course.

5 and 6. Bread to bone, Rand came from the Aiel waste and started ruling. Egwene became rebel Amyrlin. All of this is better if you read it in one way or another, RJ is certainly a better storyteller than I am. If you want to know details, ask them.

I generally get new a new copy of any book becomes unreadable.

You can get a better ride by reading, else you might as well not bother. If it's a hip thing to to do, just read, it's just a 15 book think wither the prequell.

A little late reply, but I seriously advise you to read them! They we're the best books in the series (along with 4th).

If you do not have enough money to get new copies, there might be copies at some local library.  Or if any of your real life friends have readable copies of those books, you might ask if you could borrow (when you reach that part of the series).
