Yes orginaly strength was 1 - 60, after Egwene, Elayne, Nynaeve, Avi, and Nicola were dicovered it went to 72 base levels.  So it went from 1 -60 to 13 -72.  So someone who was 44 before would now be 56(44)

 

According to the companion the strongest woman would be 1(+12), the strngest man would be ++1.  For me I always found the first number confusing since the strongest woman it says is 1(+12) shouldn't it be 72(60)?  Never understood where the 1 came from.
