Hey all, and welcome to the Yellow Ajah's Joss Whedon event!  In this thread, we will tell our own stories...with a twist. You must do so only using appropriate lyrics from songs. It can be any song, however the story must make sense. It can be funny, serious, sad or whatever.  Again, just keep it clean.  First topic: bananas!

Yesterday you told me about the blue, blue sky but all that I can see, is just another lemon tree...

All the leaves on the Giving Tree have fallen...

No shade to crawl in underneath

This song makes me think of Matrim!

Are you, are you

Coming to the tree?

Wear a necklace of rope,

Side by side with me.

Sunday morning rain is falling

Steal some covers; Share some skin

Walking on sunshine... ooohh.

Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say
Chained to all the places that he never wished to stay
Bound with all the weight of all the words he tried to say
As he faced the sun he cast no shadow
