I'm pretty sure this is the standard set from phpBB. I've seen them before.

We use the standard phphBB emoticons.

Sorry that I havent followed up on my own topic for awhile, but where could you find the site that provides the emoticons, or what does phphBB mean if that tells me the answer?

PhpBB is the name for the software our message board uses. Its a free, open source software thats fairly easy to install and and use. They provide a basic set of smilies to use, which we haven't modified. You are free to take them from our site, as we don't own them and they are provided under an open license. You could also try googling for them, if you want to download them as a ZIP file.
