First download a TeamSpeak client. Such as this.

 

Once you have it downloaded and installed (install is pretty simple) start it.

Then go to the "Connection" menu and click on "Connect".

This will bring up the server select screen. Right click on "Servers" and select "Add Server".

Fill in all the information as listed below then click "Connect". Be sure to select a different Nickname. This is what will show up when you are connected.

When you catch a Server Admin (SA) on they can allow you to register with the server. (Will put up pictures as I can.. forgot them.. >.<) Once registration is done you can login with the username and password you selected and it will remember your permissions. To login with your username and password use the following format.
