Wouldn't it be useful if DM had actual chatrooms to themselves? Then, whoever is on can chat while they post and stuff. Maybe I should take the idea to one of the admins?

There is an IRC chat room for dragonmount. The server is irc.shadowworld.net and the channel is #dragonmount.

For those who don't have and don't want mIRC, you can use this:

Just write a nickname and then login. After that you type /j dragonmount.

 

There aren't that many people using the chat now, but I hope more people would be interested. :)

but why would you want a room of cats ? and french ones, the smell and the old spinsters it would attract... it dont bear thinking about :shock:

Problem with that chatroom, Haxorsist, is that it's way beyond PG-13 there... at least when I've been there... and I, myself, don't care... but it would have to be moderated as PG-13 to be officially associated with DM. At least that's what the deal has been in the past.

 

We've had chats in the past. Rob, the old admin, ran an IRC one for awhile on his server. I used to be a mod there... and spend way too much time on, lol ... ><. So, it wouldn't hurt to ask the admins, Tigara.

Man, I haven't been in a mIRC chat in forever. I need to go install that on this computer. *grins*

chat's cause liablities which is why DM shut down their chat many years ago...

 

Unless you can guarantee 100% moderation 100% of the time I doubt there will be one officially affliated with DM again.
