Weekends are for household chores (ug), reading (mmmm), making some extra money as an Uber driver (ching), and hopefully a nap or two (mmmmm).

I have a son that loves to take Uber. How is it from the other side?

Uber is a nice source of extra income, but there's no way I could do it full-time. I like that I get to set my own schedule most of all--I've had two jobs for twenty years, and juggling two work schedules is tough.

It beats spending evenings watching TV.

I worked two jobs for some years and before that worked full time and went to school full time. I like just working one job now. Lol, it's almost like a vacation.

My husband and I went on a bike ride.

Or your seasons, apparently.

This is also a problem in Florida. We have summer unless it's December, in which case we are allotted between 2-4 weeks of spring.

Ah, you guys should move up north where I am, sure you might have snow on the ground for 5 months but there are 3 other seasons of variable length following that.  It's quite nice!  You need both a heater and air conditioning.

I feel it was stolen and I want it back. Now.

I'm in California so I don;t know if I could handle all of the snow.

Good link, Ty.

I'm now living for the next weekend.

We're going to end up with about three feet of snow when this one is done and it's a miraculous official snow day, so it's a weekend in the middle of the week yay! As long as the power holds out. If it goes then boo.

Spent the last two weekends at Gulf Wars. Coldest camping I've ever done! It was down in the 40s (then down to 32) the first five nights! Wasn't warmer than the 50s during the day, until the last two days. Lots of bitter wind... in Southern Mississippi! Still had a blast though. Just got home a couple of hours ago. Next weekend will pretty much be laundry and cleaning.
