The helmet featured in this icon is used by the Seanchan; it caused no few people to believe that the Seanchan invaders were men with heads like insects. This style of helmet was also used during the War of the Shadow that ended the Age of Legends, but the icon is typically used in chapters dealing with the Seanchan.
