Well I don't have GIMP anymore but times have changed and the world is smarter now. I just made this for free on Canva To add any siggy to a profile, you click on your picture then the little cog wheel and then setting area. At the bottom there's the siggy area. I think we used to use this to make a rotating gif. You just upload your images and select the speed you want them to rotate. You might need to experiment with the speed. I double checked the speed and it's not allowed to be less than 3 seconds . https://ezgif.com/maker
