See, here's my issue. You already said one thing that is a scumtell (for me), and now you're doing another in response to my post. Calling me scum because I disagreed and had a different viewpoint. So instead of "hey, maybe he's just wrong", you went straight to "wolf". Only sithscum deal in absolutes, my man. Help me understand why that doesn't look bad.

DARTHE - 1 (Turin) TURIN - 3 (Cass, Zander, DPR) CASS - 2 (Seph, Darthe) Can't vote Cass as I've explained, and she & the IC are voting Turin along with DPR, who I'm currently fine with. Would vote Darthe (as he's my bottom 2), but Turin is voting him, which is weird based on other wagons. I'm not confident here.

Interesting VC. My D1 scum reads are interestingly Darthe & seph. Super low confidence level, and only began with a single post. But I noted a single post w/ Lenlo last game and was right, so I'll keep the reads alive until game information says otherwise. Darthe: his town core post - seemed to be looking for town cred seph: his reaction to Key's catchup/case post. Specifically, he mentioned "nodding along with her points". To me, that's pocketing 101 and a scumtell. Neither are strong, but whatever. And they are both voting Cass, which means I'm not voting Cass today.

I've read the past couple pages, and skimmed the 8-9 before that. It was mostly them.

Eh, I'd say my activity for a D1 is pretty spot on for any alignment. I'm not a high volume poster at any time, and definitely not early on. Y U Shadin'? 😉

It is not mean. I know you're new, but like Turin said in his spoiler quote, the town leader thing has been discussed in the previous games, which you were in. Look at it from my POV. At some point, you'll understand and learn the terms and how to apply them. Then if you're scum, you can fake "still learning" and get town cred from people because they don't realize you're lying. To say you don't feign anything is not right - when scum, you'll feign everything. When town, you might feign some things to try and trap scum. Last game, I was trying to be suspicious (I just went a bit too far with that, heh). That was me feigning. Hope you understand where I'm coming from - never intended to be mean, just playing the game.

We actually weren't discussing him specifically - I was just pointing out things I agree and disagreed with Turin on. When new players ask questions I think they already know the answer to, it makes me nervous. As in "feigning ignorance". Hard to tell when the real ignorance ends and the feigning begins.

If I'm being fair, it might not be a stretch for me to say I've been at a minimum as invested in the thread as you have.

Pretty much, yeah. Honestly, waiting for some flips to jumpstart my engagement. I've always ramped up as the game goes on - just like I did last game. Nothing new for me. I'm one of those folks. The easy way to read DPR: don't bother on D1. He can replicate his town game as scum easily at first - but like with all things, it gets more difficult to keep it up (giggity) the longer it goes on (also, giggity). This is an excellent point. I didn't have a read on you yet, but after this and the next handful of posts, I'm actually feeling pretty good with Turin. That said, I still lean town on Key (I don't think she intended to imply). This is a post I disagree with. Zander does this all the time - you and I both know it's NAI for him.

Not really, no. Zander's reveal was the biggest game-related thing to occur at that point, so asking a question re: a comment made toward it was what had my attention. GIGGITY! You're the best!
