I quoted the post that pinged im pretty tired and baked ATM I can go find it after tho but just interacting will help me flesh my read on ya brother

Yeah, I noted it, but not really what your issue was besides comparisons to IIRC Matrix Mafia where I strongarmed a mislynch as a wolf (which made very little sense to me considering that post was clearly not intending for votes/wagoning of Hallia)

In the middle of re-reading today's contents, but going to throw out a CAROLINA REAPER for postgame:

    Cory/Darthe teamed

I mean, I am pretty sure this is actually true

If you're bored and wanna hash this out I'm game

Did something bother you re: my AJ/Hallia musings from before?

But yes, lets just move on and just lunch me so we can get to night

Remember you're not the only one in the game, and there's some proponent of villagers (regardless of who you currently trust) that would really prefer to lynch a wolf today, and if you're a villager throwing yourself to the gallows you deny us that opportunity

Personally I don't really want to see you voted out either

As far as we know, there's 1 wolf in this game.

For reference, Sooh says "Fairly vanilla game. No complex role setup" in the OP.

Vanilla town/mafia ratio is usually in the 25-30% range (vanilla standards are typically something like: 2 mafia for 9 players, 3 mafia for 13 players, 4 mafia for 17 players)

12er is a bit in the middle in that we could have 3 wolves and a reasonable amount of village power or 2 wolves and a relatively low amount of village power

So, assuming roles are only ever randomly assigned. Let's say a roll of "1" is wolf.
The chances of rolling a 1 out of 6 is 16.6%.
    Rolling a 1 on a 12, is 8.3%.
Rolling a one twice in a row, 6x12=72, 1/72 = 1.38% chance of Dice being a Wolf again.

Does anyone remember how many wolf games @Leelouended up having in a row that one time?

Wow I shouldn't have smoked so much and made too much to eat lolololol

You opening fireball mafia with four failed attempts to format a vote for SinisterDeath ending with a fifth perfectly formatted vote for Dice made me laugh out loud

Do you think he's more likely to do the helpful villager bit as a wolf?  The first game I played with him he got yeeted D1 and I think we clashed a ton.  The second game I was the cop and he was my N0 and he posted like once.

    I missed this @TrippedOnReality

Honestly I don't have a great answer. I'm not really trying to meta-read Darthe this game, he was a little too dynamic for that tool to work great even back the day and a long absence won't make me feel any more confident that's he's gonna act this way or that way in any role. All I can really say is he seems really down to earth this game and interested in driving it forward and getting people talking & I'm willing to quiet any doubt and let him work.

Were you in the game where Rags posted a picture of Gemma Atkinson and I lockcleared him?  He was mafia, so that was bad, but it was also exponentially more townie than anything else Rags ever posted so zero regrets.

Rags ripped this straight from the bcb playbook

But wouldn't a wolf want to act like a town and "hunt" for a "wolf" to not draw suspicion?

Sounds to me like acting like a townie doesn't mean anything. Lol

I think Darthe is being sardonic, but the overarching argument is something like "if the townies are all being townie it forces the wolves to also act townie to not 'draw suspicion' but also increasing the chances they mess up along the way because they have to pretend like they don't have all the information already"

Of course, this leads to townies getting mislynched "if they were really town they wouldn't be acting so townie!" and stuff like that so something something flexible strategy

Post pictures of your favorite pop singer, then if anyone gives you grief, you can just shake it off.

    For reference:

"One Night Ultimate Werewolf" card/board game, has this "Tanner Role", which is a Villager that wins the game if everyone votes to lynch them.

In online mafia this is usually referred to as the "Jester" or the "Nolder"

This is unique, I don’t think I’ve seen a post where someone was concerned about a consensus read development and looked at the reads of the player group.  It’s bound to be majority town given how mafia works, so what are you looking for?

I mean, a big part of the "reads of the player group" part was partly to make sure the way I felt about others handling Hallia was actually real and not made up in my head

Unless you’re prepared to say feistiness is only a wolf trait for her then I kinda don’t see the point unless it’s to say I’m wrong to thinking it could be positive instead of NAI

Nah, mostly I just felt the read was lazy for you specifically because I feel you know her really well. I did like your response to my post so I'm gonna let it all simmer and think elsewhere for a bit

Also am I the unreasonable one that thinks what SD about saying who you think is a PR is not good?  That's info that potentially helps wolves hunt

I don't think you're unreasonable or wrong, it can potentially help the wolves (if you're right and the wolves think you're right too)

Personally I just don't feel like it says much about SD's alignment
