With the Age of iTunes well underway, I was thinking about how I listen to new music. It used to be that I would hear a song a few times on the radio, then after finally hearing the name of the band from the DJ, if I REALLY liked the song, I would go buy the CD. Usually I didn't know any other songs on the album at first, but then by over-listening to the CD, I would get to know them fairly well. Now in the age of iTunes, I rarely listen to the radio, though when I do, if I hear a song, I just go buy that individual song and not the whole album. So I thought I would see if I could spark some discussion. Recently Rebecca and I have started to plan a rather large vacation. We know it want happen for about two years as we are tied to some prior obligations. But this does give us an excellent opportunity to plan something really fun. Well we first place Paris and Rome on the table as she has not had the chance to do either but that is when the discussion skewed to going somewhere and doing something truly off the standard travel pamphlet. Hey guys, just a general discussion about skiing, ski resorts, and the best places to go for skiing holidays! I love to ski, and our family will try to go skiing once a year. Has anyone been to any fantastic ski resorts? My favourite 3 would have to be: 1. Whistler/blackcomb - Long runs, lifts close to hotels, great snow, ski in ski out in a few resorts...really good. 2. Falls Creek - Probably the best skiing in Australia. The runs aren't so long, but there are some great black runs, and a real sense of community around the resort. 3 Perisher - Australia's biggest resort, with long runs, and our hotel was 5 m from the main lift. The title says it all. I am currently trying to scan my recent accountancy paper I have done (i've run out of ink so can't copy it). Anyway, my scanner seems to think it is fun scanning thin slithers and just parts of the paper I have done. JUST GIVE ME THE WHOLE DAMN PAGE I WANT SCANNING!!! So, I have managed 7 sides in an hour...just another 7 to go...

With the guitarist stage of the Band's Dream Band coming to an end, it is time to pick the next stage to focus on. Above is a poll of the main areas we still need to focus on. "It's A Knockout" returns this month after a break in September when we focused on Covers and Originals and which was the better. As you may have gathered by now, the Band is currently constructing its dream band, filling the positions of Guitarist, Bassist, Male and Female Vocals, Drummer and Keyboardist to begin with. Up first is the position of Guitarist. Nine (9) Guitarists got nominated to challenge for the honour, and a further seven (7) have been added by Corki to compete for the position in the Band's Dream Band. ...it is because of the increased traffic load visiting the site as a result of the release of The Gathering Storm. Anyway, the current strategy is to reset the server every 15 minutes to throttle down the traffic.

Im a new member Iv'e read the books 6-7 times and Im reading dragon reborn again Its says in the books that someone who blows the horn of valere is linked to it and the only way for that link to be broken is from that person to die..but matt did die for like 2 mins in shadow rising does that mean that his is still or can anyone blow the horn of valere... that do you think?

Right...I have stopped being lazy and finally gotten around to posting the poll to see what October's travel theme should be. I have carried over the two losing ideas from September, and added the two great suggestions that were put forth for October. Below are the options up I have picked with the best promoise for a travel theme month. 1. Australia This can be linked with the idea of a "Beach Music" month.
