So, lately, I've taken up researching companion planting because I just can't seem to keep some of my before alive and other taste bland. I have small children, so fertilizer isn't an option. I took several classes at Gulf Wars last month and learned more about medieval gardens, which included a whole bunch of companion planting. Now that you know how I got addicted to the idea, let's talk about planting certain herbs and veggies together!!

Anyone up for an exchange this month? Or traditional exchange for April is "Spring Things" and it's always fun to see how that gets translated! January 30th is National Inane Answering Machine Day! In honor of that auspicious occasion, I thought we could have some fun dreaming up funny answering machine messages. I'll start: You know what I hate about answering machine messages? They go on and on, wasting your time. I mean, all they really need to say is, "We aren't in, leave a message." That's why I've decided to keep mine simple and short. I pledge to you, my caller, that you will never have to suffer through another long answering machine message when you call me. HAHAHA
