lol any of you that have been around here, even for a short time, knows that we are a bunch of Craft nuts!! And talented nuts at that!! For example...Lor does beading, sewing, crocheting; Tay and Stef do beautiful cross stitching; Kia makes amazing jewlry; Kell is a photograher extrodinaire! Neph and I crochet like madwomen; Horn is an artist whose drawings are incredible! Just thought I'd share this little story with you. About 10 minutes ago I was outside. It's really nice out right now and I spent the morning cleaning my place in anticipation for some guests. I was pretty much done everything and I decided to take advantage of the weather. I went out side, armed with a small bag of goose feed, I live by the river and there's always geese right behind my apartment - we buy goose feed in little bags from the bulk store, I don't know what's in it. Very soon this month, the Kin will be starting a Challenge of the Sashes playing the three word story game! Just so we all know how the game goes..thought I'd start the game here for us to play around with! How it's played: Every post is allowed to add three words to the story! Since we are talking about Irish days this month...one of the things I think of about the Irish is thier gift of language and use of words and the colorful way they have a turn of phrase! So for check in this month....post two of your favorite expressions!
