Has anyone been watching this? I'm hooked after the first episode. It's pretty much everything I hoped The Tudors would be. I realize the subject material is different, but I'm still disappointed with The Tudors despite them having such good source material.

I am a huge fan of every story having a beginning and an end. That being said, Supernatural's producer has always said the story had an ending that was not suppose to go beyond 5 seasons. The series has had such a good build up to this point, with the character development, progressing plot, twists and turns, that I thought that season 5 finale should have been the series finale. Without giving up any spoilers that episode tied up most loose ends, had a few choking moments, and left you with a feeling of a complete (or as complete as a TV series can give you) story. Fellow Wii Players, I'm un-original and so have copied Seg's Idea. I figured we could list wii numbers and games etc. My Wii number is; No Longer Valid. After a poor round on Sunday, the European PGA tour fined Tiger Woods an undisclosed amount for spitting on the 12th green. Does this mean the golf world is finally disenchanted with the "exalted one" or are they just trying to wake him up from his current funk?

Watched the first episode last night. Looks like to be my favorite new show of the year... and possibly my favorite show of the year.

Anyone have any favorites? I didn't watch much of the game, but I caught a little and a few commercials. The ones that stuck out included the cute little kid in a darth vader costume who went around his house trying to use the force. Also the car commercial where the two guys were talking about how they would make a car commercial. They kept switching to and from all the common cliches in car commercials and it was pretty humorous. I really didn't like the Kim Kardashian commercial - I can't believe they could air that one. First of all i'm an oldie who actually saw the original films when they came out. They are very dear to me from my childhood memories. I loved them then and I love them now. The prequels. Okay, I realize that this is the place to discuss movies, TV shows and whatnot. Krak has given me permission, however, to attempt a mafia game that would be based on characters (or alternatively objects) from various (rather known) movies. I usually run very low-key, laidback, mafia for dummies sort of games. I'm more interested in having fun and a good laugh, rather than who wins or loses. Ron Howard, director of films such as The Da Vinci Code, Apollo 13 and A Beautiful Mind, has signed on to tackle a movie trilogy based on Stephen King's seven-volume Dark Tower sequence. According to the source, there is also the possibility of a spin-off television series being developed simultaneously. The series, which sees a gunslinger named Roland making his way to the forbidding Dark Tower, is the unifying cosmological link between much of King's other work, although its sales have not been at the same level as his other, more stand-alone books.
