The White Tower & Warders

Has everyone seen this?! Wow...just wow. And I'm about to watch Born of Hope as well.

I think Ewoks are awesome. Of all the Star Wars characters, they are my favorite people. Though they are small, they pack big hearts and lots of courage. I watch the sixth movie namely to see the Ewoks topple the Empire's troops. Though they are wary and their beliefs are a little simple, Ewoks dominate anyone who tries to @!#% with their people and those they call friends.

So, I really hope I don't get the boot for this, but I'm hyper and just finished dinner, and remembered a funny story that simply must be shared. I'm a Soldier in Afghanistan (this is relevant), Communications being my job field, and most of our equipment runs off of our own generators. Now, these generators can run our stuff for upwards of maybe 18 hours before they actually need fuel, but we do it every 12 when we change shifts just to be on the safe side. I'm on shift during the daytime, so we don't refuel until well after the sun has gone down. Now, I've got arguably the best night vision on our team, but during the part of the month where the moon is covered even…

I'm probably going to get in trouble for this but this was the easiest way that I knew of to try to find you, Verbal Sedai, as I am on my iPod and can't search as I would at a computer. I was told by Adella Sedai to find you and discuss my Aspirant level since she couldn't finds on the google.doc. I remember having one achievement done for my novice track and even doing time in the Kitchens for some bad thing or another but we don't know if those transfer over or not. Just dropping a line to let you guys know what's going on with me currently. I am starting a regular full-time salaried job January 3rd which means no more running myself ragged doing 2-3 jobs at once to make ends meet. With that, I will also be able to actually HAVE free time to be around here more than the bare minimum and I really miss spending time with my WT guys and dolls. I've also been having to focus most of my free time here at DM to addressing Tech issues as we do not have a tech admin currently and I am filling in that capacity for now. In honor of the 3rd Narnia film that is being released on Dec 10th, I will be moderating a Mafia game in the White Ajah for the month of December. It will (hopefully!) start on the 10th, so I'm taking sign-ups til then. It is actually based on "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" and not "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader." (Sorry!)
