Due to Ata's tentative wish to stepping down as Ajah Head, the WT Staff is now looking for a New Black Ajah Head! I will allow you all one week starting January 3rd, to elect a New Ajah Head. If one has not been picked than the WT Staff will post a public thread to allow any outside of this Ajah to submit a PC bio to then act as Ajah Head and they will take over the responsibility for this Ajah. At anytime you may PM Me or the WT Staff if this option is preferable or an Ajah Head has been decided. Ata, at an time you may contact me and I will not include the Blacks in this announcement. :) Thank You and Good Luck! Andrea White Tower DL

Hey ladies. Just wanted to get a roll call and see what's happening with our lovely Ajah. I was going over some things that I don't know and figured it would be best to just ask here. 1)Who is your character? 2)So you play a Sitter, and what is her name? 2a)If not, would you be interested in it? 3)What is your character doing? 4)Has your character been involved in any major main plotline rps? 5)I'd like to put up a section on our website that just says a little about each player... would you be interest in that? 6)What sort of information would you like to see on the website? 7)Do we have anyone assigned to the roles of Sitter/Keeper of the Threads/Mi…

Alrighty... so we're working on updating N&A reqs and we need some help from each Ajah. One of the requirements for an Accepted will be to do an "Ajah Approved RP". What does this mean? Well.. you know your Ajah best so we want to know what you think it could mean. We're looking for something that is general enough that each person can run with it a bit and show their own character, but that really speaks about what your Ajah represents. It could be something like, a fieldtrip with a Yellow Sister to learn about healing more than just wounds, to witnessing death that can't be healed, to anything that you feel the Yellow Ajah stands for and what an Accepted needs …

I know that if a member is inactive for three months a bond with them can be canceled, however, is there a process or filing or something that needs to be done for that to occur? I'd love for my bondmate to come back but I'm not even sure how the heck to contact him as it's been a long while since we've chatted. Thanks for your help!

You heard me. :P I was looking over the old boards and the kind of activity the Grays used to have and have decided that I'm going to take on reviving the Gray Ajah as my new year project. This won't necessarily mean to the same level of spiffyness it was once at, but more that we put in an effort to give back to this Ajah. :) My question is, what do you think we can do? I've a couple of thoughts on this. :) -Recruitment 1. Let's sign up as Mentors, if you've the time for it. :) Its a perfect opportunity to show a new character what the Ajah's about and what makes us who we are. Heck, once/if we've all got mentees, we can even throw a Gray Ajah Mentee …

Intro to Saidar-by Eleanor Sedai Lesson 1: Introduction to Saidar and the Five Elements Maegan was earily to this class, and was already sitting at her desk, practicing her control with Saidar when the students started to arrive. She wished she could see the faces of those that entered the classroom, and this was the best way she knew how to see. It was a bit like cheating, but how else was she to tell the new novices apart? As the last student arrived, she spoke. “Good morning, Class. I am Maegan Ryanne Sedai of the Red Ajah, and I am going to be teaching you the Introduction to Saidar class where you will be learning to touch the Source, though not today.…

Toast. Darienna was quite partial to toast, more so than porridge. Porridge was all well and good, but toast was easy and quick to put down so that one could get on with the business of the day. A bit of butter, a bit of honey, it was enough with three cups of tea to allow her to get to her mid morning break. A simple meal, and usually her bit of time in the day before it began for her to relax and then orientate herself for the day's work. It was a habit that served her well more often than not, and she liked having that time to herself. Not this morning though, no, this morning was a different matter altogether. An Accepted and a number of Novices, all of…

Jaydena Joined: 19 Mar 2006 Posted: Thu May 03, 2007 7:11 am Post subject: A Gateway opens... [Kandor RP] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “I say press on. We can hardly be any more rested as is and there’s no point in wasting time and giving the Shadow chance to realize we’re here.” Jaydena nodded, "I agree, I think we need to get as much ground behind us before we stop for the night as possible. These are our warriors and Aes Sedai and they can press on through any conditions. Thank you for your opinion Estel." She bowed her head slightly to the other woman and walked her horse over to tal…

I do not know if Estel has mentioned it to you, but the RP and ORG side of the Band of the Red Hand are planning on getting closer to each other through a series of activities. One of these activities is the ORG's Bi-Monthly Regimental Competition. I am inviting you to challenge our three Regiments (the Archers, the Cavalry and the Infantry) at their own game and see if you are better than them. Please go here to find out about the competition. In a nutshell, I am posting a picture of somewhere in the world along with a clue to its location, and I am looking for you to work out where it is. Answers are PMed to me. I look forward to the RP side competing.

Estel Posted: Mon Jun 11, 2007 And the waitress is practicing politics As the businessmen slowly get stoned Yes, theyre sharing a drink they call loneliness But its better than drinkin alone (Piano Man- Billy Joel) From the soothing warmth of the bathwater, it all seemed so unreal. As if that two-day-old carnage were some tapestry briefly examined while awaiting more important; more personal business. Away from the gagging smells of vomit, blood, urine, sweat and rotting flesh; with it all washed from her own skin, it seemed a distant memory. In a place where there was no crying children, no crying mothers, no swearing husbands, no raucous drunks, n…

Do we happen to have any of those in the Yellow Ajah? :P I know Christine was working on a Gaidin page on the website but either she didn't get around to it or there weren't any to put up. Thanks!

The time of night was perfect. As it always was. Working around Inns and taverns you noticed the timing of these things, in the way the lulls and upswings came and went. Including the time of night when fights were likely to start up. Men were in from their work, the days wear and tear still resting heavily on them as they came to drink it away. As they started to loosen up their tongues began to loosen as well and the angry drunks and the frustrated men began looking one another over for a good fight. Jatasha had her back to the wall as she watched the interactions, a mug in one hand and the other holding tightly to her skirts just above the knee. She was seated wi…

Hey, my little ashie Sereth has completed his reqs to get a dedi-bear, and I was wondering if I had to wait and get a big ol' stamp of approval, or if I could start RPing him out as a dedicated, higher strength, status, get me a mentee (maybe a goatee, haven't decided), or what?

There is a change in the Hall! Firstly, I would like to thank Celes, Ata and Christine for the work and dedication they put to their respective Ajah's. Unfortunately time and activity has taken all three from their positions. I woudl like to welcome TaeaDawn with her character Ziya as the new Head of the Yellow Ajah. And Ashara is the new Head of the Gray Ajah. A PC will be later announced. The Black Ajah is currently without an Ajah Head. For any information on this Ajah, please contact me or any of the other Black Ajah members. I am not taking applications for Ajah Head at this time, thank you. :) Congrats to you both!

Finally, a decent lead. Esanoma had better be there this time. Esyndor Renethil left the common room of the Shady Rest Inn and strode off into the evening. The information had been expensive, but was well worth it. Esanoma would finally pay for his crimes. If nothing went wrong of course. So long as no Aiel or thiefcatchers stumbled onto him before he could finish. Making his way through the emptying city streets, Esy sought out the small manor that Esanoma was supposedly staying at. It seemed that the noble also had reasons to avoid the Aiel, and was very dificult to track down. If not for a servant that was tired of the abuse she recieved at his hand, Esy m…

The White Tower looked beautiful today. Streams of sunlight poured through the windows, making stray dust mites glow with a strangely simple beauty. Pools of golden light gathered in puddles on the carpeted floors, catching some sea folk porcelain here, a golden rigged chest there. There was a general sense of peace over the Tower, as if no one was in the mood for trouble. Even the servants were few and far between; no one wanted to be inside who could be elsewhere. So the Novice stamping along the corridor was more than slightly out of place. Sial Daemoa had been at the tower a good deal of time now, though she rarely thought about it if she could help it. Long enoug…

Carelia picked up her pace as she glided down the halls, her heels clicking lightly on the cold stoned floors. She wore her green dress today. The green made her bright blue eyes glitter in her face and she knew that the embroidery on the dress was just what she needed on a day out of the Tower. She was not usually so attentive to her looks, it was often that she simply wondered from day to day barely remembering to even change her clothes. But today she had a specific task ahead of her. She had heard mention of a wayward Novice in the Tower. Though there seemed to be a growing number of these restless youths, this one had caught her attention. Her name was Tirzah, …

For over a century anyone, who had cared to, could have been certain that if they needed Arette Nenatiar for something, she could be found from her quarters or the Library. That state of matters was about to change, and the thanks or the blame for that could be laid on the shoulders of an Accepted. Arette still wasn't certain how to feel about the whole thing. The only thing that she was certain of was that almost dying disturbed a normally perfectly peaceful and content life. She had begun to question the value of such life and the value of herself. After merciless self-reflection she had come to the conclusion that if she really was dead, the world wouldn't have lost mu…

The Queen's Palace in Illian was slowly becoming familiar to Arette as she had visited it a few times in the past few days and she guided Con toward the room where the hearing of Marden Veniso was arranged. Thankfully they wouldn't have to go down to the dungeons where Marden had been kept. He certainly couldn't protest being treated badly as he mainly just slept there and was allowed to be outside heavily guarded and meet the Asha'man. It annoyed her that he tried to paint himself some kind of a suffering martyr by accusing her of burying him alive just like in Far Madding. He was a murderer, that was what he was, even if her view did not get support from anyone. Certain…

The Forsaken was dead, a sweet victory for the Light bittered only by the lives it had cost to gain. Arette was still filled to brim with saidar but she could sense no one else holding the female side of the Source anymore. If there were anymore Dreadlords left, the Asha'man would handle them. They had met the vile Ja'varan and her cronies on the Tammuz Square and defeated them and the Palace was theirs now. There was still fighting going on in parts of it but the Tracing weave on Con's wedding ring told her that he wasn't part of it anymore. He wasn't in need of Healing and he was safe so she could focus on finding a woman held prisoner somewhere in the vast building. Sh…
