Until activity picks up there is a temporary release from the need to complete requirements. IF the Bio submitted by you shows some of the character development and history which normally takes place through early requirement RP's, then you may start your new character from standard full rank. Ceremonial RP's, which are usually required for a 2nd character to start at full rank, still have to be completed but can be written in retro. These must be done before your character is used in other RP's as a full rank. That means you can choose which rank to start at, from beginner up to regular full rank. As I'm probably sure you've noticed, life with two little ones has gone a little NUTSO over the last few months. Keeping up with posts and reports is getting rough. Leala asked for this class and I can't find a list of what we are going to do for it. I started off with Alarm ward, but what else should I do??? Got any ideas? And would an Accepted learn severing? I don't think so, but it COULD be a defensive weave?

For those interested, I am going to be starting a thread to teach some basic attack weaves, as well as showcase some of the more spectacular ones. This thread will be both to cover any requirements that your characters may have towards promotion and a way to give you an idea of how such weaves may be used in an RP sense. As an added bonus, the actual training will take place outside of Tar Valon due to the nature of some of the weaves, so those Accepted who want to see the outside world, if only for a brief moment, have the chance.

Hello! :) I'm bringing back Leala, yay! For the moment, she'll be participating in a Dreamwalker roleplay. But her training is taking place in retro. So excited to bring her back, though!

There seems to be a general lack of motivation to RP, and to report said RPs so our Heads don't have to hunt them down for reports, which has had me wracking my brains for a solution. We also have this weird system where people get a set Strength & Skill, and can basically RP at full S&S from the day they start. It all gave me the following idea (which is still the prototype - please feel free to wade in with suggestions etc): People get given their end result Strength & Skill just like now, but they don't start off with that - they must work towards it. They start out with zero (or something), and get 1 point per every 10 RP posts (minimum 250 words).…
