Hello, I have some questions about the delegation to the black tower from the rebell aes sedai fraction. In Kod they decided to send a delegation but I am almost certain that they cancelled that after Merise and Jahar did announce the offer of bonding 47 ashis. Late in TGS (s 705), it was stated that a delegation has been sent to the BT, including Faolain an Theodrin among some other. Have I missed something in my reading or should you just understand that they did send a delegation anyway ? Do you think that we will get some answers to this question in ToM ? Ronneby

Do we ever find out why Verin left him behind when she went after Rand? I think it has something to do with the fact he was DF (if unwilling at that point) and there were orders that Verin was afraid he might follow. Any thought?

So here is an absolutely crazy theory. What if to seal the DO up properly Rand has to somehow find a way of turning the world into a giant stedding? Can the True Power by channeled in a Stedding? I would think not and the TP is the essence of the DO, what if creating a stedding will negate some/all of the DO's power on the world? There are a couple of things which could play a part in "healing" the bore and/or creating the super-stedding: *Ogiers Singing *The Tinker's song *Ta'veren pattern altering powers *The book of translation perhaps? Just an idle thought, there will probably be a hundred reasons this theory is wrong :P as usual.

In case you don't remember, Demira Sedai was a member of the Salidar embassy dispatched to Caemlyn in LoC. While in Caemlyn, she is attacked by an Aiel who says, "tell the other witches to stay away from the Dragon Reborn." (exact words) A wetlander later warns the rest of the Salidar embassy that Demira is about to be hurt, but by all evidence he was a plant meant to ensure someone got to Demira before she died. So how much time do you reckon is left? Do you think it will be one big invasion, or a multi-pronged attack? And where do you think the attacks will come from? Tarwin's Gap only? FML Today is possibly the worst day of my life. So, i went to the local book shope Waterstones where i had pre- ordered my copy of ToM. Only to find out that they had not yet recieved it at this late date, and would not untill about 5.30 on tuesday. Thats bad enough as it is. but wait, it gets heartbreaking. I'm assuming that no-one is proficient with a sword, and even if you were, killing a huge man-bear in heavy plate armor is far harder than RJ makes it out to be. So you get issued with an assault rifle, say one of the newer ones like the FN2000 (but you can choose), and dropped 200-300 meters from some Trollocs. What's the maximum number of Trollocs you can down assuming they all charge at you? One would be easy, but by 5 it would be very tricky. My question is this.. For a long time now rand belives that he basically has no choices, that the pattern manipulates his actions regardless of what he wants, however when Mor deals with Lanfear we hear her say that there was many ways the thing could have gone down depending on his actions, so do our choices influence the pattern or are the choices allowed dictated by the pattern?

A question that I have pondered since starting the Lord of Chaos, book 6, is how exactly are the Myrdraals swords forged. Because at the beginning when Demandred arrives at Shayol Ghul he walks past the forge and sees a woman, child ,baby, and father sitting against the wall and one of the forger creatures comes out and takes the father into the forge. Then the book says the man lets out a wail of "No! No! Noo!" and that it seems to just sink into some unimaginable distance without losing strength. Sorry if there is already an explanation for how they are made, i've just thought about it and wondered how there made. So does anybody have any ideas?

What are you doing/reading before TOM's release? I'm reading Under the Dome by Stephen King, and procrastinating on a 21-page paper about warfare in ancient Greece due at the end of the semester. I haven't started it yet. I'm just glad midterms were LAST week. 3 tests, 2 papers, and TOM? I probably couldn't help blowing off something. I think I'll be completely ADD during the next week or so at school and work. How about you?

Do we know anything regarding the circumstances of Moiraines stay with the Finns? She's obviously trapped in their world, but do you think she's managed to do anything productive at all while she's been in there. Will she have gained any valuable insights that could play a part in the final events of the series, or has she just been locked up all this time?

In CoT, Cadsuane has a thought in her POV (I Forget the chapter) about Corele Hovian is trying like crazy to 'do with Saidar what Damer Flin did with Saidin' (fix severing). Nynaeve is in the area during this time, Cadsuane thinks about Lan with the Warders and the relationship between Lan and Nynaeve. My thought is, if Corele is trying to fix severing like crazy, couldn't Nynaeve brag, like she does sometimes, and show her the weaves?
