Natalie Dormer. I imagine her mainly as Egwene in some ways, actually, but as a blonde girl she looks more like Elayne or Birgitte. I think she could play both of those.

Dormer is a really good actress, but I think at 35 she'd be too old for those roles (except maybe Birgitte, I can't recall how old she is physically) if they wanna stay true to the characters.
