Seriously, you don't have to have a GOOD reason. Any reason will do. ;)

So I'm trying to bring my tower trainee Grey back. I see where to to post my progress report but I can't seem to find the requirements to gain in WS. (Like 3 RPs with at least 5 posts each of 100+ words) Is there still a guide like that somewhere around that I am missing?
