This is a brothlike all-in-one type of soup dish that has potatoes, vegetables and meat/fish in it.
In a creamy broth.

It used to be poor-people's-food but has grown in to a fully sought after dish (if done correctly... I once had it with bad chicken and couldn't eat it for two decades again).

Sounds like it would taste similar to a pot pie.
