We got hit by a sudden severe storm last night. Bad rain, big hail, and lots of wind. Some clouds starting to circle. I was genuinely shocked we didn't have a tornado.

We got a lot of rain, yes, but it's so sorely needed here. And since yesterday we've had more rain, which is awesome. And a technician came out to fix our phone line / internet this afternoon.

Yep, just struggling to get on as our power has now gone off a few times ... *le sigh* ... but we made lovely pancakes on the little gas stove! lol

It's raining.  And raining.  And raining.

 

And we have mud. Lots of mud.

 

And my feet are wet. I hate having wet feet at work.

Working hard with a broken hand. Hoping not to have operation. Business picking up all the time. Starting to pay people to do my donkey work for me

Charis, we're extremely grateful for our rain! We're down to our final few drops of water in our dams. Taps are about to run dry.

I'm so happy to have some green again but with all of the heat, it's getting brown. :(

well, if it's any consolation, we had some flooding, so it isn't all gravy either lol!
